Please note: The standard end-of-tenancy cleaning services do not include cleaning of walls, ceiling, balcony, patios, exterior windows, carpet cleaning, laundry, and washing. The property must be vacated. If there is no free parking we need visitors parking permit or a parking ticket will be added to your bill. The fridge and freezer need to be emptied and defrost.
